Courses and workshops will introduce learners to the topics of critical decision making in business, business models, visualization techniques, and business case writing for influence and change. These topics, when used properly in combination, can effectively facilitate new business development and innovation. The course will provide learners with an overview of current practices, theories and applications that can be used in their own business practices or innovation project.

Experiential Learning: Learn by Doing + Working on Your Own Case
This course is designed to leverage your personal interests and experiences in business and innovation. Learners are requested to develop a case study based on an innovation problem or a defined business opportunity from their work/ personal life. Learners will apply all exercises and assignments to their personal case.
